Do I need to know how to run a webinar?

No. That’s exactly why clients hire us.
We handle everything — concept, copy, design, production, and follow-up — so you only need to show up and deliver your message.

What platform do you use?

We produce all events using Riverside.fm, a studio-quality broadcasting platform that delivers crisp 4K video and high-fidelity audio.
It allows live interaction, multi-camera switching, and streaming to multiple platforms simultaneously.

Can I host the event live or pre-record it?

Either. We can record your event in advance for a “live-style” broadcast, or you can host it live.
Most clients choose live for engagement and recorded for evergreen replay or future reuse.

Can you integrate with my CRM or marketing tools?

Yes. We connect directly with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or most major CRMs.
Your leads, attendance, and engagement data are automatically synced so your team can follow up faster.

How much of my time will this take?

Depends. We're sticklers for accuracy and making sure everything is right. But, figure roughly 3-4 hours total per event. We run a kickoff call, one content review, and one pre-event rehearsal. After that, our producers and automation handle everything.

What if I want to run webinars regularly?

We offer one-year contracts on Starter and Growth tiers with a 15% discount — ideal for teams that want consistent lead flow and content production.

Can you help us promote the webinar?

Absolutely. While our packages focus on production and delivery, we can add paid ad campaigns, social promotion, and email outreach support as custom add-ons. We can also work with your team to create custom teaser videos for your list and social channels.

Do I own the final recordings and assets?

Yes. All recordings, slides, and assets we produce are yours to reuse, repurpose, and distribute however you’d like.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 6 weeks from kickoff to event date to ensure proper creative development and scheduling. However, if you're trying to push a certain event, launch or product, we can get an event turned around within 3–4 weeks for a small upcharge.

For ongoing clients, we maintain priority slots to keep your event calendar consistent.

What kind of results should I expect?

While results vary by audience and promotion, our events consistently deliver above-average attendance rates and strong conversion lift due to professional scripting, design, and engagement flow.
Each event becomes a reusable asset that continues to attract leads long after it ends.
